We have a reputation for not taking any shortcuts in our work and we get the job done first time. Also all of our work is done with the relevant Health and Safety requirements as you would expect from qualified professional installers and each customer is given a two hour time slot for the agreed appointment day and should there be any change due to unforeseen circumstances associated with weather or any other situation we always keeps our customers informed.
TV Aerial and Satellite Services is owned and run by Mark Williams who has been in the industry for over 40 years and has worked for Sky, Granada, On Digital (the start of digital TV) and also the largest aerial installation company in the country. Reception Problems?
Mark has been dealing with domestic TV reception problems since the very beginning of UHF TV. If you have poor TV or radio reception and other TV aerial installers have ‘thrown in the towel’, we should be able to help. Mark’s understanding of Swansea TV reception and special aerial installation techniques, and Mark’s use of top-end test equipment allows us to provide solutions that are beyond the scope of the vast majority of domestic TV aerial and satellite installers.
Pros: The job was completed successfully, and the TV is functioning properly.
Cons: The appointment was scheduled for "the morning" without a specific time or a prior phone call to inform us of their arrival. Only cash payment was accepted, and this was communicated to us on-site. Additionally, one of the technicians displayed an adamant and abrupt attitude, which hindered normal conversation.
Final thoughts: While the service was completed, the inflexible and downright attitude left much to be desired in terms of customer experience.

Second time using this company as we were so impressed the first time.
